Get rid of all that energy you've been storing up by stepping up at the firing range to launch some axes at a target. Experience a thrill like never before with your buddies, see who can score the highest and determine who's the ultimate thrower.

This is the perfect chance for you and the boys to unwind and destress after some long months of working.

What To Expect

The axe throwing activity takes place in an old prison on the outskirts of the city centre. There are a couple of ways to get there, like a train bus, or if you want, we'll book a private transfer for you, so your group can be picked up right from your hotel.

On the day, an experienced instructor will take charge of your group and give you an in depth safety briefing before you get your hands on the axes. They'll show you how to throw them properly and ways of hitting the targets with absolute precision.

Your group will be split into smaller crews if you have a lot of participants, but if there are only a few of you, the instructor might opt to keep it to one.

Scores will be taken throughout by your instructor, and winners will be crowned at the end.

Please remember that the arena is fully outdoors. It's not possible to change it indoors. Make sure all of you bring rain jackets and warm gear, especially if you have booked the activity for one of the days during the winter period.

If you're feeling a tad bit peckish or a little hungry during the session, there's a canteen/shop that sells beers, wines and soft drinks. Not too many beers now; we want to make sure you know what direction you're throwing the axes.
