Axe throwing is one of Barcelona's best stag do activities. Enjoy our Viking style experience designed to give you a Nordic feeling while launching sharp tools.

Our axe firing activity is different compared to the rest you'll find in Barcelona. The arena where it will be held is carefully crafted to make our guests feel like a superior group of Vikings, from providing each member of your group with a glass of alcoholic mead, which Vikings were well known for drinking, to some decorations around throwing lanes. Battle it out during your 60 minutes of exciting playing time, where our experienced instructors will coordinate a number of games for your bachelor party to play. After the games are complete, crown the winner as a warlord!

What To Expect

The axe launching experience will take place at the Axe Club Arena in Barcelona, well known for their Viking styled version of the game. Your group needs to arrive at least 15 minutes before throwing time to register.

After your registration, an experienced axe thrower who has been doing this stuff for many years will introduce themselves, give you a safety briefing and perform a couple of throws to show you how to throw the axes properly so we don't have any rogue axes flying around. If you're unsure about anything, please ask the instructor. That's why they're there.

The Axe Club's arena will be nicely set up to make your bachelor party feel like true Vikings with cool designs and paintings. Sample a complimentary glass of mead. This stuff is what Vikings were known for drinking back in the day, and let me tell you, it's extremely strong booze, so go easy on it. If the mead isn't your thing, we can substitute it for a beer, water, or soft drink.

Your group can either choose to do free throwing rounds or let the instructor choose a couple of games for you. Spice things up with a bit of competition; after all, it's a stag party.

Once the games are finished, the winner will be crowned. You better get a pool of money together to buy him a drink for smoking the lot of you, unless it's the stag, of course. The group can spend as much time as they want after the event at the on site bar, or if you'd like to squeeze another one of Pissup's experiences in, take a look at our indoor karting activity, where you can race each other on Sodikart RT 270cc petrol go karts around an exciting track. Just make sure you leave the drinking for after if you decide to go ahead with it.

• The minimum group size for this activity to go ahead is 2 and the maximum is 40.
