What To Expect

The cocktail course will take place in a lovely bar in Hamburg's city centre. The actual location will be sent to you two weeks before the activity start date.

A professional mixologist will be joining you to introduce you to the world of cocktail-making. They'll teach you all the tricks and tips you need to know before you start building your own drinks.

All the recipes will be given to you on the day, as well as the methods of making the drinks for the best possible outcome. You'll have full access to the required equipment, too, including jiggers, shakers, cocktail glasses, spirits and additional ingredients to make the flavours really pop.

You'll all get a free shot to loosen you up for the shake off! We can't tell you what it is until the day; just prepare for something strong. It's common for bartenders to drink on the job; whether their bosses know or not is another thing, though.

After you've finished each drink, the mixologist will try it for themselves and see if you could make it in the world of bartending or not. They won't drink too much of it, though, because it's all yours.

What You Should Know Before Booking This Activity

• This cocktail class runs for two hours and is fully private, so it will just be your group and the cocktail-making teachers.
• The chosen location for the course is always close to the city centre. You won't have to trek too far to get there.
• Everyone gets three drinks. If someone in your group doesn't drink alcohol, they can always make mocktails instead.
• A minimum of 8 group members are required to confirm a booking for this activity.
