In real manual labor, the brewery grinds, mashes, fines, and hops itself according to a recipe developed in collaboration with the brewery. The focus is on brewing theory and a delicious beer tasting to follow. On the brew day, about 40 litres of beer is brewed on a special, small brewing machine for you to see with your own eyes. And once the home-brewed beer is ready, there are a few bottles for everyone to take home! Nothing beats a few souvenirs, right?

What To Expect

The brewery where the experience will take place is situated on the city's outskirts. You can easily get there by public transport. We'll send you the exact location closer to the time.

Waiting for you at the brewery will be a professional guide who works there. They're a master when it comes to brewing beer, so you're in for an informative day out, lads.

Discover the hard work that goes into the brewing process and be there when it begins its fermentation process. Find out about the secret to the brewery's production and the history behind Vienna's favourite drink.

After the tour, it's time to taste the product for yourselves and see if it's really all it's cracked up to be. Sample everything, including tasty ales, seasonal creations, light session beers, and powerful drinks. You can find all of the best booze in the brewery's range.

This is a long activity. It starts at 10 am and lasts for a total of six hours, so you need to allocate at least half of your day to it. Your group will get a small lunch during the excursion. We couldn't leave you lot going hungry could we?
